Question 1

What's included in a bond clean?

Accepted Answer

A bond clean is a detailed clean of the interior of the property: kitchens (including oven, rangehood and cupboards inside and out), bathrooms and laundries scrubbed and sanitised, internal walls spot-cleaned, skirting boards, doors, window tracks, blinds, light fittings and switches, plus vacuuming and mopping throughout. Carpet steam cleaning can be added on request so the whole exit clean is handled in one booking.

Question 2

Do you offer a bond-back guarantee?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your property manager flags anything on the final inspection report, we return and re-clean those areas at no extra cost — provided the concern is raised promptly and the property is in the same condition as when we handed it back. The goal is a clean that meets the standard property managers expect the first time, with a safety net if it doesn't.

Question 3

What standard do property managers inspect against?

Accepted Answer

Most agents in the region work from an entry condition report and expect the property to be returned to that same standard, minus fair wear and tear. That means detailed cleaning of ovens, rangehoods, cupboards, drawers, tracks, skirtings, walls, bathrooms and glass — not just a surface tidy. Our checklist is built around those exact inspection points so nothing that typically gets flagged gets missed.

Question 4

What do tenants need to do before we arrive?

Accepted Answer

Have the property fully vacated with all furniture and personal belongings removed, rubbish taken to the bin or tip, and utilities (power and water) still connected so our equipment can be used. If carpets are being cleaned, floors need to be clear. Let us know the key arrangement — collection from the agent, a lockbox, or meeting on site — and we'll take it from there.
